To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition—unused and unopened, housed within its original undamaged packaging, and complete with all included components (user manuals, parts, and accessories).

Any return that displays signs of use, tampering, or damage will forfeit eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Kindly note that our return policy excludes change of mind or compatibility issues arising after the product has been opened. We strongly recommend verifying your device's compatibility with our chargers and accessories before unsealing the product.

Return Procedure

The return process must commence within 30 days from the purchase date. Returned items must contain all original accessories and parts included in the original package. Failure to include any component will render the 30-day money-back guarantee void.

Post Approval

Upon approval of your return request, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expenses and any associated fees. Be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, a restocking fee, ranging between 10% to 25% of the order value, may be applicable.

Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1-2 weeks for the refund to reflect on your statement.
